Workplaces

In the Community Space, we rent out modern workplaces with a view of the railway tracks. Ideal for pursuing your own projects in a stimulating environment. In addition to exchange and networking, tenants also benefit from the workshops and events that take place in the Community Space. Included in the rent are:

• Workplace equipped with a height-adjustable table, chair and lamp, with partitions between the tables
• Coffee from the Nespresso machine in the kitchen
• Water (carbonated and non-carbonated) from the water dispenser in the kitchen
• Use of printer
• Use of the Lab WLAN
• Weekly cleaning
• Service charges
